How We’re Different:

Hope Canyon utilizes a holistic approach incorporating mind, body, and spirit for a truly transformative recovery experience. Beyond traditional therapies and group support, fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and meditation are all key elements of our program. This focus on total physical and mental wellness includes guided meditation and breath work with our Clinical Director, Bonni Cardoza, as well as yoga and other fitness programs. Through these supplemental programs, clients are able to reconnect with one’s self and gain a greater sense of mindfulness and personal accountability.

The journey of addiction recovery is ongoing, and as such, Hope Canyon assists each client in the development of a comprehensive aftercare plan to help them stay on track.
