Discovery Point Retreat is a multi-disciplinary substance abuse treatment facility with three locations in Texas: Dallas, Ennis, and Waxahachie. Offering a full continuum of care, our client-first approach to recovery focuses on each individual journey to help ensure lasting success in recovery. We maintain a low staff-to-client ratio to allow our team to truly get to know each clients story and help them achieve their goals.
With two ranch-style inpatient treatment facilities and one outpatient location in the heart of Dallas, Discovery Point Retreat is fully prepared to help clients at any stage of the recovery journey. Our residential centers feel more like home than any hospital setting, allowing clients to feel safe and comfortable while learning new life skills and relapse prevention techniques. By providing this type of recovery-focused environment, we make it easier to implement these lessons and tools into daily life beyond completion of care.
Our outpatient treatment facility in downtown Dallas, TX is centrally located and easy to access by car or public transit. We also provide transportation assistance to help ensure clients are able to remain committed to their recovery journey. With flexible day and evening options, our outpatient levels of care make it easy to balance work and home obligations while seeking help for substance abuse and addiction.
24 hour medical support helps to ensure our clients’ safety and comfort throughout the detox process. All prescribed medications for addressing withdrawal symptoms are closely monitored and administered under clinical supervision.
IOP/OP treatment offers continued structure and support while allowing clients to begin exploring everyday life in sobriety. Flexible day and evening options allow one to work, go to school, or tend to other obligations.
Support and guidance through early recovery and beyond can be vital for long-term success. Partial hospitalization programs provide comprehensive care eight hours per day while allowing clients to return home at night.
Inpatient care eliminates external influences and distractions, allowing clients to focus on healing and self-empowerment. This level of care helps set the foundation for a sober, healthier future.

"By far, this is the best treatment program I've ever been through. Filled with passionate staff, awesome director by taking care of our needs as human beings. Small, individualized treatment and rehabilitation. Can't wait for what each day brings, challenging yet rewarding. Thanks to these guys I strive to remain drug free."
"After attending numerous outpatient centers, it was a struggle to find a program where I could connect with the therapist and effectively work towards recovery. They understood the importance of setting me up for success beyond treatment and I'm forever grateful."
"When I needed to get my brother help for his drinking they were able to act quickly and get him in the very next day. It's been 3 months since he left the program and I have my old brother back."
"My experience was fantastic. I truly felt that everyone genuinely cared to see me get better and I truly feel that I have...For anyone who has concerns as I had of being overly supervised I can assure you that this is the perfect balance...The plans vary from 21-90 days and everyday makes a difference."
